All items being exchanged must meet the following conditions. Items failing to meet these criteria may be subject to denial:
Unwashed & Unworn
Items must not be washed or worn.
Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
No Pilling
Items showing signs of pilling may be subject to denial.
No Stains or Markings
Items with any markings, stains, or blemishes will not be accepted.
No Odors
Items with strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, perfume, detergent) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and health concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Accessories
Slides, jewelry, caps, bottles, and bags
Undergarments
Socks and other undergarment pieces
